Roundtable on “5th National Science, Technology and Innovation Policy: Building a Resilient National Innovation Ecosystem”

The new Science, Technology, and Innovation Policy seeks to create a cultivated environment that
encourages research and innovation on the part of individuals and organizations in order to bring about
significant changes through short-, medium-, and long-term mission mode projects. Its goal is to
support, grow, and maintain a strong framework for planning, information, assessment, and policy
research related to STIs that is informed by stakeholder and evidence.

AIM of the Event:

• Creating an innovative Open Science Framework that covers a range of topics.
• Putting policies into place to improve STI education and guarantee inclusivity at all levels.
• The creation of a UT-level STI Observatory to take the lead in innovation and research.
• Establishing an ecosystem for research that is efficient, responsible, and adapted to future demands.
Engaging with stakeholders, policymakers, and the public to raise awareness and foster support for
STI initiative
