The purpose of the April 4, 2024, educational tour to TIEDS at IIT Roorkee was to give Dev Bhoomi
Uttarakhand University students real-world knowledge about innovation, entrepreneurship, and
startup development procedures. The purpose of this visit was to improve the students'
comprehension of practical applications in biotechnology and allied subjects.

AIM of the Event:

Students were intended to learn about startup culture, the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and the
difficulties faced by entrepreneurs through their visit to TIEDS at IIT Roorkee. Additionally, it made it
easier for students to engage with mentors, startup founders, and business leaders to get ideas and
discuss joint venture possibilities for entrepreneurship and innovation.
